Can a Physical Therapist transfer a license to Idaho as a military spouse?
Not through the compact — Idaho is not currently a Physical Therapy compact member. A military-spouse Physical Therapist relies on VAEIA 2022 / 50 U.S.C. § 4025a, which requires Idaho to recognize a valid out-of-state license upon relocation for military orders.

Under Idaho Code 67-9401 through 67-9407, military spouses applying to DOPL boards, including the Physical Therapy Licensure Board, are entitled to expedited processing of their license application and credit for relevant military training.
