Can a Physical Therapist transfer a license to Delaware as a military spouse?
Yes. Delaware is a member of the Physical Therapy Compact (PT Compact), so a Physical Therapist holding a multistate/compact license can practice in DE without re-applying. Compact privilege is purchased per state where you want to practice. Military spouses moving to a non-member state can use VAEIA 2022 portability.
