About This Installation
Spain's largest air force base and home to Ala 15 with F/A-18 Hornet multirole fighters. The base's vast airspace and terrain make it Spain's primary air combat training center. Co-located with Zaragoza civil airport. The base hosted the former USAF 401st TFW during the Cold War.
