Drill Sergeant cadre work is intense during BCT cycles (60-80 hour weeks, weekend duty, training-cycle continuous-coverage) but with no deployments and structural family-presence. SSI / AG school / branch-school cadre operates on the TRADOC academic calendar. Permanent-party deployment tempo is structurally minimal.
