Eligibility is limited to ITE graduates and is selection-based — most supply NSFs will not be on the WSDip track. Do not assume the diploma comes with the vocation. Civilian transferability is one of the better stories among non-technical NS vocations. Singapore's port, logistics and warehousing sectors recognise supply chain experience, and SAP / ERP exposure picked up in some supply postings has direct civilian use. Realising this value requires actively extracting and articulating the experience on a CV — it is not handed to you on your ORD certificate.
