OJT
Definition
On-the-Job Training. Technically a legitimate DoD-approved training method. In practice, a formal way of saying "we have no idea how to train you, so just watch someone do it once and then do it yourself forever." Used sarcastically at a frequency that should alarm military training commands.
Example Usage
"How'd you learn to run the LOGPAC?" "OJT." "So you watched someone do it?" "I watched half. He left in the middle."
