Can a K-12 Public School Teacher transfer a license to Florida as a military spouse?
Yes. Florida is a member of the Interstate Teacher Mobility Compact, so a K-12 Public School Teacher holding a multistate/compact license can practice in FL without re-applying. Compact was designed specifically with military families in mind. Outside member states, fall back on VAEIA 2022 or your destination state's spouse provisions.
