Hawaii sends a maximum of 60 current cadets to USMA, USNA, and USAFA combined (4 MOCs × 5 enrolled per MOC × 3 academies). Open vacancies per year: roughly 18 across the three academies. That's the cap — your actual odds depend on applicant pool size in your specific district and Senate seat.
