Why bands, not percentiles
The exact raw-score-to-scaled-points conversion is set by each academy and is not publicly published in full. Tools that claim to give you a precise percentile are guessing. We use the documented passing threshold (>60 raw per event) and per-event maximums to give you a competitiveness band — the same way an admissions officer would eyeball your file at first glance.

Your scores
Basketball Throw
Kneeling on one knee, throw a regulation basketball as far as possible. Three attempts — best counts.
Pull-Ups
Dead-hang start, palms forward, chin clears the bar each rep. No swinging, no kipping. Women may substitute Flexed-Arm Hang.
40-Yard Shuttle Run
Sprint 10 yards, touch line, sprint back. Sprint 10 yards, touch line, sprint back to start. Two attempts — best counts. (Some academies call this the "40-yard agility run".)
Modified Sit-Ups (Crunches)
2 minutes. Knees bent, feet held, arms crossed on chest. Up position = elbows touch thighs. Down position = upper back touches mat.
Push-Ups
2 minutes. Strict form — body in straight line, chest down until upper arms parallel to floor, full lockout at top. No resting in down position.
1-Mile Run
1 mile (4 laps of a standard 400m track, or measured course). Best single attempt. Run for time — no walking.
