What this is — and what it isn't
The exact internal WCS formula is not publicly published. This tool uses the documented 60/30/10 weighting plus published academic and physical conversion guidance to produce a relative position estimate on a 0–100 scale (NOT an actual scaled WCS number). The output tells you where you stand within the framework and which area carries the most upside.
