What the regulation actually says (§5.24.b)
Diabetic disorders, including: (1) History of diabetes mellitus. (2) History of unresolved pre-diabetes mellitus (as defined by the American Diabetes Association) within the last 2 years. (3) History of gestational diabetes mellitus.
