Under the VALOR Act and M.G.L. c.112 sec 1B, the commissioner of occupational licensure and each board of registration in the Division of Occupational Licensure, which includes the Board of Registration of Psychologists, must expedite licensure within 30 days for a relocating military spouse already licensed in another state.
