Army Equal Opportunity Leader Course

Four weeks of learning to be your unit's Equal Opportunity representative, which means you'll handle complaints, facilitate discussions, and navigate the most sensitive conversations in the military. The coursework covers civil rights law, complaint processing, and facilitation skills — things the Army needs and few people volunteer for. You'll leave as the person everyone trusts with the hard stuff, which is both a privilege and a burden.
