About This School
Six to eight weeks of teaching doctors, nurses, and medical officers how to be Army officers first and medical professionals second. AMEDD BOLC covers land navigation, convoy operations, and basic tactics — things your medical school definitely didn't cover. The physical standards are lower than combat arms BOLC, but the culture shock of going from residency to "low crawl under this wire" is very real.
