Air Force Weather Tech School

Twenty-two weeks at Keesler AFB learning to predict weather for military operations — which matters a lot more when airstrikes and airdrops depend on your forecast being right. Weather tech school covers meteorology, climatology, and tactical weather analysis. You'll learn to read a skew-T diagram and brief a wing commander on whether their jets can fly tomorrow. It's one of the nerdier AFSCs and one of the most respected by the pilots who depend on you.
