Discounted-to-free lifetime license for VA-rated 30%+ disabled Virginia veterans
Virginia resident veterans with a service-connected disability rated 30% or greater by the VA can apply for a lifetime hunting and/or freshwater fishing license, with the fee scaled down based on the veteran's current VA disability rating. A separate annual license option exists for non-resident disabled veterans.
