Malmstrom AFBMalmstrom AFB Clinic (341st Medical Group) — clinic only. Benefis Health System in Great Falls is the main civilian hospital and a good regional facility.
Gate Commute
Joint Base Elmendorf-RichardsonMultiple gates — Muldoon and Boniface gates from Anchorage, Government Hill gate. Morning traffic on the Glenn Highway from Eagle River can be heavy. Richardson side has separate Army gates.
Malmstrom AFBMain gate — no meaningful delays. Great Falls is small. Missile alert facilities are spread across central Montana — alert duty drives are remote and treacherous in winter.
