Got a wild idea? We build for service members — not the brass, not shareholders. If it's good, it ships.

The Trojan Battalion, established in 1940, has commissioned over 2,500 Navy and Marine Corps officers and is one of the most storied NROTC programs on the West Coast. Located in Los Angeles, midshipmen gain real proximity to Naval Base Ventura County and Camp Pendleton, giving Marine Option candidates direct exposure to the I MEF operating environment during the school year. The unit operates as part of the LA Consortium alongside UCLA. Aviation and SWO pipelines are historically strong here, and USC's pre-professional culture drives a high rate of applications to the submarine and nuclear communities. The entertainment industry doesn't come near this battalion — the culture is earnest and military-serious inside what is otherwise a very Hollywood campus.
