The Top Three is the senior NCO organization (E-7, E-8, E-9). They organize events, mentoring, and the occasional intervention when an Airman is making life choices that concern everyone.
Example Usage
"The Top Three wants to 'mentor' you. That's code for 'we've heard about your weekends and we're worried.'"
