Definition
Any problem solved by shining a tactical flashlight at it. The military's first diagnostic tool. Can't figure out what's wrong? Shine the tac light. Still can't figure it out? Shine it harder.
Example Usage
"What's that noise in the engine?" *shines tac light* "I still have no idea, but at least I can see my ignorance clearly."
