Definition
Someone approaching their ETS or end of deployment. Characterized by maximum apathy, minimum effort, and a thousand-yard stare directed at the calendar.
Example Usage
"Can you get Specialist Martinez to pull weekend duty?" "He's a short timer with 30 days left. He's basically a ghost."
