Shoe Clerk

Air Force
Definition

A derogatory term for non-flying officers. Pilots use it for anyone without wings on their chest. Because in the Air Force, if you don't fly, do you even exist? (Yes, and you keep the planes working.)

Example Usage

"The shoe clerks in acquisitions have never touched an airplane but they decide what goes on them."
