Definition
The middle rifle qualification tier. Not Expert (impressive), not Marksman (you tried). Sharp Shooter says "I'm competent with a weapon but I won't be on any recruiting posters."
Example Usage
"Shot Sharp Shooter again. My mom is proud. My team leader is disappointed. The bullet doesn't care."
