Hawk

Definition

Bitterly cold weather or wind. "The hawk is out" means it's the kind of cold that makes you question God and your choice to not join the Air Force where buildings have heating.

Example Usage

"The hawk is out today. Wind chill is -20. My face hurts and my morale is frozen solid."
