When allied forces accidentally attack each other. In garrison, when two NCOs from the same unit get into an argument that requires intervention. Friendly fire of the verbal variety.
Example Usage
"Green on green in the operations office. Two Staff Sergeants are arguing about the training schedule. Send a mediator."
