You are the person who makes sure the logbooks are right. That sounds simple until you realize that a single data entry error can ground an aircraft, trigger a fleet-wide inspection, or — in the worst case — put a crew in a jet with an expired component. NALCOMIS is your life. You will enter data, verify data, audit data, and then enter more data. The maintenance department cannot function without you, but the recognition is roughly proportional to how invisible the work is when done correctly.
