Annual BASOPS for Naval Base Guam — the most strategically important U.S. military installation in the Western Pacific, supporting submarine operations, surface ship logistics, and serving as the hub for Indo-Pacific power projection. Guam is receiving massive investment under the Pacific Deterrence Initiative as the Marine Corps relocates units from Okinawa. O&M covers submarine tenders, port operations, and support for approximately 14,000 military personnel and dependents.
