Annual BASOPS for Little Rock AFB, Arkansas — home to the 19th Airlift Wing, the largest C-130 wing in the world, and the 314th Airlift Wing which conducts C-130J training for all Air Force, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve, and partner nation C-130 aircrews. Little Rock is the center of the C-130 enterprise. O&M supports approximately 12,000 personnel.
