Ten weeks at Norfolk studying joint operations, multinational planning, and how to work with sister services without losing your mind. JFSC is where the Army officer learns that "joint" means compromising on everything, and the Navy officer learns that the Army has more acronyms than the Pentagon has hallways. JPME Phase II is a career requirement for joint duty, and this is the fastest way to get it. The student body is a mix of every service, which is both the point and the challenge.
