Army Sergeants Major Course

Ten months at Fort Bliss with the absolute upper echelon of the enlisted force. If you're here, you're becoming a Sergeant Major or Command Sergeant Major — the 1% of the 1%. It's graduate-level strategic leadership, national defense policy, and learning to operate in spaces where generals ask your opinion. The course is as much about networking as education. You'll leave with connections across every branch and component.
