ADF Physical Fitness Assessment

Am I ready to enlist or pass the APFT? Enter your push-ups, sit-ups, and PACER score to check against published ADF standards for enlistment (RFA) and in-service (APFT).

PACER: Level vs. Laps — commonly confused. Your PACER score is entered as Level.Shuttle (e.g., 6.1 = Level 6, Shuttle 1). This is not the number of laps you ran. Each level has multiple shuttles. Check your official score sheet for the correct Level.Shuttle notation.

Recruit Fitness Assessment (RFA)

Pre-enlistment fitness test. Three events: push-ups, sit-ups, and PACER. All three must be passed. Select your gender and age group, then enter your scores.
