Annual BASOPS for Fort Sill, Oklahoma — "The Home of Field Artillery" and the Army Field Artillery Center of Excellence. Fort Sill trains all field artillery soldiers and also serves as an Army Air Defense Center of Excellence. The installation's Oklahoma plains terrain provides ideal training for fire support missions. O&M supports approximately 13,000 military and civilian personnel and extensive live-fire range operations.
