Annual BASOPS for Fairchild AFB, Washington — home to the 92nd Air Refueling Wing (KC-135 Stratotanker) and the Air Force Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) School. Fairchild trains every Air Force aircrew member in survival skills in the surrounding Pacific Northwest wilderness. O&M covers tanker operations, the SERE wilderness training area, and support for approximately 10,500 personnel.
