Camp Humphreys — Base Operations & Maintenance (FY2025)

Annual BASOPS for Camp Humphreys, South Korea — the largest overseas U.S. military installation in the world. Completed in 2017 at a total cost of $10.7B (cost-shared with the Republic of Korea), Humphreys now hosts approximately 40,000 U.S. military personnel and their families. BASOPS includes management of a fully self-contained small city: schools, hospitals, shopping, housing, and 24/7 installation security. Host Nation Support (HNS) from South Korea partially offsets BASOPS costs under the Special Measures Agreement.
